All intending bidders are required to register for a paddle bidding number with the Accounts Department prior to the auction. Any buyer acting for any person who is not bidding shall be jointly and severally liable with that person for satisfaction of all arising obligations and liabilities, with the exception of the Auctioneers where they are acting on behalf of commission or other bidders.
